Freemasonry is at the core of Western politics. As progressives become more clear about the shortcomings of this system, they are shocked to see Freemasons ending the democratic experiment. This is at least partly the result of Freemasonry’s dependence on Plato’s anti-democratic notions. We see this dependence in US politics when Kyrsten Sinema demands unity and civility at all costs. We also see it when a presidential candidate, Hilary Clinton, tells a rival faction to respect authority. Here we discuss the role of politics in our season of creation.

I have always understood the right's connection to magic to be more of a thing. It would be more correct to call right-wing magic 'the occult'. In the end, I was not  really surprised to find that the story of magical politics in America begins by blaming the left for the whole phenomenon.
